The TASCAM TA-1VP vocal processor, co-developed with Antares Audio Technologies, brings together everything you need for a polished, modern vocal sound, whether you're performing live, in a house of worship, or in the studio. This rackmount processor includes a microphone preamp, compression, de-essing, microphone and tube modeling, and Antares' world-famous Auto-Tune™ pitch correction, delivering a 21st-century vocal sound.

The TA-1VP features a high-quality XLR microphone input on the front panel, with phantom power for condenser mics. The processing is laid out in simple-to-use blocks on the front panel, each with dedicated buttons and meters to provide a clear visual representation of the signal's treatment. Antares' microphone and tube modeling allows you to shape the input signal's character, with a library of classic microphones to choose from.

The De-essing module removes sibilance from the signal before variable-knee compression and gating. A great-sounding digital EQ is the final step in the processing chain before the output. The Auto-Tune module can be set to any level of pitch correction, with a variety of user-selectable scales, ensuring your vocals are in perfect intonation.

All settings can be recalled through presets on the front panel or through MIDI. The rear panel offers balanced TRS input and outputs, including a Double Track out for simulating doubled vocals, as well as a S/PDIF digital output.
